Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zones
Community Arts Resources worked with Los Angeles County to produce two amazing Fan Zones for the community of Los Angeles to come together and experience the local joy of and international sporting event.
LA World Cup 26 Fan Zone at Earvin "Magic" Johnson Park
Head to Earvin "Magic" Johnson Park, named after LA's own basketball legend, to catch World Cup matches in the heart of South LA. On July 4th and 5th, this longtime neighborhood gathering place transforms into a free fan zone including a community marketplace, youth activities, cultural pop-ups, and plenty of tasty local eats. Come through, bring your crew, and experience matchday the LA way in a park built for this kind of "magic."
LA World Cup 26 Fan Zone at Whittier Narrows
Game on, San Gabriel Valley! Set within the heart of Whittier Narrows Recreation Area, this free fan zone offers a unique way to experience World Cup matches on an enormous screen from July 9th through the 11th. Guests can explore cultural activities, a community marketplace, and a range of local eats, creating a lively, family-friendly environment to experience matchday together. After the match explore the vast park and discover all that SGV has to offer!
