Community Arts Resources (CARS) prepared a comprehensive vision, governance and programming plan for Playa Vista's Bandshell, designed by Michael Maltzan, a key component of the eight-acre park. The plan was prepared to fulfill the requirements for the City of Los Angeles' Percent for Art Program.
